浮针疗法在项背肌筋膜炎治疗中的临床疗效分析

摘要目的评价浮针疗法在项背肌筋膜炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月～2019年6月上海市东方医院吉安医院收治的90 例项背肌筋膜炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为针灸组、浮针组和药物组，每组各30 例。针灸组患者采用针灸穴位针刺的治疗方式，浮针组患者采用浮针针刺方式和再灌注治疗方式，药物组患者服用塞来昔布治疗方式。比较三组患者的视觉模拟量表评分、压痛点评分等级及治疗总有效率。结果浮针组患者的视觉模拟量表评分低于药物组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。浮针组患者的视觉模拟量表评分低于针灸组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。针灸组患者的视觉模拟量表评分与药物组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。浮针组患者的压痛点评分等级情况优于针灸组和药物组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。针灸组与药物组患者的压痛点评分等级情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。浮针组患者的治疗总有效率高于针灸组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。浮针组患者的治疗总有效率高于药物组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。针灸组患者的治疗总有效率与药物组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论浮针疗法在项背肌筋膜炎治疗中存在良好效果，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application effect of floating needle therapy in the treatment of dorsal myofasciitis.Methods A total of 90 cases of dorsal fasciitis from July 2018 to June 2019 in Ji′an Hospital of Shanghai Oriental Hospital were selected as the subjects,and were divided into acupuncture group,floating needle group and drug group,30 cases in each group.Acupuncture group adopted acupuncture method,floating acupuncture group adopted needle acupuncture method and reperfusion treatment method,patients in the drug group were treated with Celecoxib.The visual analogue scale score,the grade of the tenderness score and total effective rate of treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The score of visual analogue scale in the floating needle group was lower than that in the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of visual analogue scale in the floating needle group was lower than that in the acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of visual analogue scale between the acupuncture group and the drug group(P＞0.05).The the grade of the tenderness score of the floating needle group was better than that of the acupuncture group and the drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the the grade of the tenderness score in acupuncture group and drug group(P＞0.05).The total effective rate of the floating needle group was higher than that of the acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the floating needle group was higher than that of the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the acupuncture group and the drug group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Floating needle therapy has good effect in the treatment of dorsal myofasciitis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
