Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Gastrodin Injection combined with Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Injection in patients with acute vertigo. Methods A total of 74 patients with acute vertigo admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the sequence of treatment time, patients were divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The control group was treated with Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Injection, while the observation group was treated with Gastrodin Injection combined with Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Injection. The clinical efficacy, vertigo score before and after treatment, time of vertigo improvement and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 1 and 2 days, the vertigo scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of vertigo improvement in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gastrodin Injection combined with Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Injection has a significant effect in the treatment of acute vertigo, which can effectively improve the vertigo of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
