Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing value of quality control of patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and holmium laser lithotripsy (MPCNL).Methods One hundred patients with kidney stones who underwent MPCNL admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group adopted quality control circle nursing. The quality of the operation and nursing, degree of the pain and the total complication rate were compared between two groups. Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group, the quality of nursing score was higher than that of the control group, visual analogue scale (VAS) score was lower than that of the control group, and the total complication rate was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with kidney stones treated with MPCNL actively carry out quality control circle activities in postoperative care, which can improve the quality of surgery and care, reduce pain and ensure clinical safety.
