Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and open surgery in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods A total of 100 cases of renal calculi treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into the observation group (50 cases)and the control group (50 cases),the observation group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the control group was treated with open operation. The incidence of complications, hospitalization time, bleeding volume, operative time, postoperative exhaust time, stone clearance rate and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than that of the control group (20.00%)(P<0.05).The hospitalization time ([10.21+2.01]d),hemorrhage([70.25±5.01]ml),operation time([70.21±1.45]min)and postoperative exhaust time([28.15±4.01]h)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),hemorrhage([70.25±5.01]ml)in the observation group was lesser than those in the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05);stone clearance rate of renal calculi in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of renal calculi in the observation group was 92%higher than thosevof the control group of 70.00%,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion After the percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy for patients with nephrolithiasis,a significant effect can be achieved. It can reduce the complications of the patients, have short hospitalization time, less bleeding and short operation time.It can promote the patient to recover quickly after operation, which is worthy of application.
