Application effect of system nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertensive

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of system nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertensive.Methods Altogether 100 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group (50 cases)according to double-blind randomization method.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group were given the system nursing intervention.Blood pressure,compliance behavior scores,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere were no significant differences in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups after 3 and 6 months of intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group after 3 and 6 months of intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of self-monitoring of blood pressure ([85.25±4.19]points),medication according to doctor′s advice([86.63±5.34]points),reasonable exercise([86.96±5.05]points),standardized diet([87.42±4.15]points),and control emotion ([89.56±1.10]points)in the observation group were respectively higher than those in the control group accounting for(76.52±5.12),(78.63±6.31),(77.52±5.28),(78.13±5.01),(79.56±2.16)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of general health status([86.63±2.15])points,physical pain([89.15±1.10]points),physiological operation([88.59±2.05]points),physiological function([87.49±1.16]points),emotions function([88.52±2.05]points),life vitality([87.46±3.14]points),mental health([88.59±2.01]points),and social function([87.49±2.33]points)of the observation group were respectively higher than those of the control group accounting for(79.52±3.15),(78.56±2.10),(77.52±3.16),(78.28±2.05),(77.96±3.31),(75.52±2.15),(76.64±2.31),(75.59±2.05)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion System nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertensive can effectively control blood pressure,correct their wrong life behaviors,and improve quality of life.
