Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing on relieving pain symptoms of patients with femoral neck fracture after operation. Methods A total of 65 patiens with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=32)according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given pain nursing on the basis of the control group.Number Rating Scale(NRS)was used to evaluate and compare the degree of pain, the pain relief, disappearance time, hospitalization time and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The NRS score of the two groups was lower than that of 24 hours after operation, the difference was significant(P<0.01).The NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at half and one month after operation, the differences were significant(P<0.01).The pain relief, disappearance time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Accurate pain nursing for patients with femoral neck fracture is helpful to reduce the degree of pain after operation, improve patient satisfaction, shorten hospitalization time and pain relief and disappearance time.
