Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive elderly assessment (CGA) combined with unaccompanied nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with unaccompanied CHD admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (56 cases) and control group (56 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given CGA combined with unaccompanied nursing. The nursing total satisfaction, incidence of cardiovascular adverse events and life quality scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion CGA combined with unaccompanied nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in elderly patients with CHD,effectively improve the quality of life of patients and satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
