Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of risk awareness in the management of operating room nursing.Methods Eighty patients who underwent surgery from July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the patient′s admission time sequence.The control group was used conventional operating room nursing management method,the observation group was adopts risk awareness.The surgical quality scores,patient care satisfaction,and risk event rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of risk events in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group (22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing quality scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Risk awareness is very effective in the operation of the operating room,which is helpful to improve the surgical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of risk events,and improve patient care satisfaction.It is worth recommending.
