Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of nursing risk events and the effectiveness of hospital nursing management measures. Methods Ninety cases of patients with risk events in Yi′nan Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively to investigate the risk factors of nursing risk events from January 2015 to December 2017.In addition,84 nurses from different departments of our hospital were selected to investigate the implementation of hospital management measures by self-made questionnaire. Results Ninety cases of nursing risk events were mainly caused by improper nursing management and patient′s own factors,71 cases (78.89%)and 19 cases(21.11%),respectively.The main reason for the improper nursing management was the low responsibility of medical staff(38.89%).The survey results of hospital nursing management measures showed that the implementation of hospital personnel management was better, but the quality management and staff welfare measures were not good, the defferents were statistically significant(χ2=5.682,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management measures in the hospital can strengthen the human resources of the hospital, improve the comprehensive quality of the hospital nursing.Improving the sense of responsibility of medical nurses is of great importance for reducing the occurrence of nursing risk events.
