Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Calcium Hydroxybenzenesulfonate combined with Yishen Huashi Granules in the treatment of patients with chronic nephritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine comprehensive treatment.The observation group was supplemented with Yishen Huashi and Calcium Hydroxybenzenesulfonate on the basis of the control group.The 24-hour urine protein quantitation and clinical treatment effects of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein quantitation,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and serum albumin was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Huashi combined with Calcium Hydroxybenzenesulfonate in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria patients can effectively reduce the 24-hour urine protein quantitation,reduce proteinuria excretion,and effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients.
