Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different delivery modes on ultrasound parameters and myoelectric value of pelvic floor structure in early postpartum primipara. Methods A total of 129 primipara who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into selective cesarean section group(62 cases)and natural delivery group(67 cases)according to different modes of delivery, and 45 healthy uncultivated women were selected as the control group at the same time. All subjects were given the pelvic floor ultrasonography. The ultrasonic measurement parameters included urethral tilt angel(UTA),posterior ureterovesical angel(PUA),bladder neck position (BNP)and cervical mouth position (CMP)and urethral rotation angel(URA),bladder neck descent(BND),cervix down distance (CDD)were calculated. The values of pelvic floor electromyography of primipara were measured at the period of before delivery,6 weeks and 3 months after delivery respectively. Results At rest, the BNP in the selective cesarean section group and the natural delivery group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the CMP in the natural delivery group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the maximum Valsalva state, the BNP of the selective cesarean section group and the natural delivery group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The UTA in the natural delivery group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups, the BNP and CMP were significantly lower than those in the other two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The URA and BND of the natural delivery group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sEMG peak, vitality and velocity values of the selective cesarean section group and the natural delivery group at 6 weeks after delivery were significantly lower than those before delivery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sEMG peak, vitality and velocity values of the natural delivery group at 6 weeks and 3 months after delivery were significantly lower than those in the selective cesarean section group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mode of delivery has little effect on the ultrasound parameters of pelvic floor structure in primipara, and the effect of selective cesarean section on early electromyography is smaller than that of natural delivery.
