Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of channel-tendon overall syndrome differentiation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 80 patients with KOA treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the observation group (40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the number of hospitalization numbers. The observation group was treated with channel-tendon overall syndrome differentiation, and the control group was treated only at the knee tendon. The degree of pain, knee joint function, clinical symptoms, signs score and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the knee joint score(HSS)of the observation group was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HSS score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale (VAS)score and symptom scores after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS and symptom scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group (82.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of channel-tendon overall syndrome differentiation in the treatment of KOA can effectively improve the treatment effect, relieve pain, and improve the knee function, which is worthy of promotion and application.
