Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy and open surgery treating gastric cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into the conventional group (48 cases) and the experimental group (48 cases) according to the envelope random grouping method. The conventional group was treated with open surgery. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.Operative related indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the conventional group, the bleeding volume was less than that of the conventional group, the length of the incision was shorter than that of the conventional group, the anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the conventional group, and the analgesic drug use rate and the total incidence of surgical complications were lower than those of the conventional group, the time of gastrointestinal decompression was shorter than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection and positive lymph node between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy treating gastric cancer can reduce surgical trauma, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote early recovery of patients.
