Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangju Capsules combined with Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with allergic conjunctivitis treated in our ophthalmology clinic from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops.The treatment group was treated with oral Xiangju Capsules shock treatment on the basis of Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops, 7 days treatment for 4 cycles.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and the levels of IgE, Interleukin-4 (IL-4), IL-6 and IL-10 in serum were detected.Results The total efficient rate of the treatment group (93.02%) was higher than that in the control group (69.77%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IgE, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Xiangju Capsules combined with Emedastine Difumarate Eye Drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis is effective and can be widely used in clinical application.
