个性化护理在男性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果#br#

摘要目的探讨个性化护理在提高男性精神分裂症患者遵医行为及恢复社会功能中的作用。方法选取2017年2月～2018年2月我院收治的536 例男性精神分裂症患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各268 例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予以个性化护理。比较两组遵医行为、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表（SSPI）评分、生活质量综合评定量表（GQOLI-74）评分。结果入院时两组的不遵医行为、SSPI 比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组入院4、8 周时不遵医行为均显著低于入院时，SSPI 评分显著高于入院时，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且研究组入院4、8 周时不遵医行为低于对照组，SSPI 评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前两组的生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组干预后生活质量评分高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论个性化护理可显著提高男性精神分裂症患者遵医行为及生活质量，恢复社会功能。

Abstract：Objective To explore the role of personalized care in improving compliance with medical behavior and restoring social function in male patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 536 male schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 and February 2018 were selected, they were divided into the control and the study group according to the random number table method, 268 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing, the study group was received personalized nursing.The medical behavior, the social function assessment scale (SSPI) score and the GQOLI-74 score between two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the non-compliance behaviors and SSPI scores between the two groups at admission (P＞0.05).The non-compliance behaviors of the two groups at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after admission were significantly lower than those at admission, and the SSPI score was significantly higher than that at admission, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the study group was admitted to the hospital for 4 weeks, and the non-compliance behavior was lower than the control group at 8 weeks after admission.The SSPI score was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention.The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention (P＜0.05), and the study group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing can significantly improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of male patients with schizophrenia and restore social function.
