Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of delicacy management of medical record information.Methods A total of 1500 cases of medical record information stored in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group, routine medical record management was carried out, and 1500 cases of medical record information stored in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group for delicacy management.The management quality of medical record information between the two groups was compared, including the management of medical record, the management of borrowed medical record and the assessment of managers.Results The ICD coding accuracy, the quality qualification rate of the home page and the filing accuracy rate of the observation group were 85.9%, 94.7% and 100.00% respectively, which were significantly higher than 52.4%, 50.9% and 83.9% of the control group, the differences were significant (P＜0.05).The rate of missing pages and medical disputes in the observation group was both 0.0%, significantly lower than 7.3% and 5.7% in the control group, the differences were significant (P＜0.05).The rate of timely return of borrowed medical records in the observation group was 97.2%, which was significantly higher than 60.3% in the control group (P＜0.05).The theoretical assessment, skill assessment and performance assessment of managers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Delicacy management is effective in improving the quality of medical record information management, and can be popularized.
