Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of fine management in the prevention of nosocomial infection in the interventional operation room.Methods From June to December 2015,fine management was conducted in the interventional operation room of our hospital.Hospital infection prevention and control group was established according to practical work of operation room and work characteristics in our hospital.Fine management was conducted in view of personnel,goods,environment and so on of interventional operation room,fine management was applied to indoor air disinfection,hand disinfection and other work standards.Ⅰndoor disinfection,air quality,pollutant treatment and incision infection rate and other indicators before and after fine management in the interventional operation room of pour hospital was given statistical comparison.Results After the implement of fine management,qualified rate of disinfection behavior(95.0%),qualification rate of disposal of pollutants(92.9%)was obviously improved compared with before fine management(76.8%,61.5%)in interventional operation room of our hospital(P<0.05).At the same time,the rate of incision infection(0.7%)was obviously decreased compared with before fine management(6.8%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of qualified rate of air quality between before the implementation of fine management(95.8%)and after the implementation of fine management(100.0%)in interventional operation room of our hospital(P>0.05).Conclusion The fine management has a good effect in the prevention of nosocomial infection in the interventional operation room, and it can significantly improve the qualified rate of disinfection behavior and disposal of pollutants,and reduce the the rate of incision infection in patients.Ⅰt is worthy of clinical application.
