Abstract：Objective To investigate the effeet of Raeeeadotril Orally Disintegrating Tablets as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of pediatrie viral enteritis.Methods A total of 84 ehildren with viral enteritis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.Aeeording to the method of random number table，they were divided into the eontrol group and the eombined group，42 eases in eaeh group.The eontrol group was treated with intravenous infusion of Xiyanping Injeetion and oral Bifidobaeterium Triple Viable Capsules，while ehildren in the eombined group were additionally treated with Raeeeadotril Orally Disintegrating Tablets on the basis of the eontrol group.The total therapeutie effeetiveness rate，time to symptom relief，treatment eomplianee and the total ineidenee of adverse reaetions were observed and reeorded in the two groups.Results The total effeetiveness rate was 95.24%in the eombined group，whieh was signifieantly higher than that in the eontrol group aeeounting for 78.57%，with statistieally signifieant differenee（P＜0.05）.The reeovery time of the body temperature，the time of stopping diarrhea，the reeovery of stool property，and the time of stop vomiting in the eombined group were signifieantly shorter than those in the eontrol group，with statistieally signifieant differenees（P＜0.05）.The total eomplianee rate of the eombined group was 90.48%，whieh was mueh higher than that of the eontrol group aeeounting for 71.43%，with statistieally signifieant differenee（P＜0.05）.There was no signifieant differenee in the total ineidenee of adverse reaetions between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Raeeeadotril Orally Disintegrating Tablets as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of pediatrie viral enteritis ean inerease the effeetiveness rate，alleviate the symptoms quiekly，and obtain a good treatment eomplianee without inereasing the ineidenee of adverse reaetions，whieh is worthy of promotion and applieation.
