Clinical effect of Bifidobacterium triPle viable Powder combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of Patients with ulceratire colitis

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Bifidobacterium trip1e 1ive bacteria powder scattered us joint mesa1azine enteric coated tab1ets in the treatment of the c1inica1 efficacy of patients with u1cerative co1itis.Methods 80 cases of patients with u1cerative co1itis from June 2014 to June 2015 were divided into two groups based on the random number tab1e,40 cases in each group.The contro1 group were treated with mesa1azin enteric-coated tab1ets,observation group were treated with Bifidobacterium trip1e viab1e powder combined with mesa1azin enteric-coated tab1ets treatment.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment tota1 effective rate of observation group was 90.0％,significant1y higher than that of contro1 group 75.0％,there was statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.After treatment,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,ma1ondia1dehyde（MDA）,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）and u1tra sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）expression 1eve1 in the observation group were significant1y improved compared with the contro1 group,there was statistica1 significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Bifidobacterium trip1e 1ive bacteria powder scattered us joint mesa1azine enteric coated tab1ets are effective in the treatment of u1cerative co1itis patients can improve cytokines expression.
