Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of app1ying with dydrogesterone or gestrinone respective1y for treatment in ovarian endometriosis patients after conservative surgery. Methods From February to August in 2014,75 ovarian endometriosis patients imp1emented with conservative surgery in our hospita1 were se1ected and random1y divided into group A(n=37)and group B(n=38)based on the sequence of admission. In group A,dydrogesterone was adopted after surgery, and in group B,gestrinone was used after surgery. The therapeutic effect, pain scoring,one-year pregnancy rate after surgery, and adverse reaction rate in the two groups were compared. Results The remission rate and improvement rate in group A were 86.5%and 2.7%,which didn′t show a difference in comparison with those in group B accounting for 81.5%and 5.3%respective1y(P>0.05).One-year pregnancy rate after surgery in group A was 81.1%,higher than that of group B,71.1%(P<0.05).There were significant differences in pain scoring 3,6,and 12 months after surgery compared with those before surgery(P<0.05),but didn′t show statistica1 difference in inter-groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in group A was 10.8%,1ower than that of group B accounting for 26.3%(P>0.05).Conclusion After ovarian endometriosis surgery, effect is re1ative1y good if using dydrogesterone or gestrinone for treatment, but the former one has advantages of high one-year pregnancy rate after surgery and 1ow adverse reaction rate.
