Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of community psychological intervention in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with CHF diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ACEI+β receptor antagonist,and the intervention group was treated with community psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The 6 min walking experiment,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale (SDS)score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared after the corresponding nursing program intervention for 6 months.Results The scores of quality of life in intervention group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS score and SDS score of intervention group were lower than those of control group,6 min walking test was longer than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For CHF patients,the community psychological intervention can obtain a remarkable effect and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
