综合护理干预在出血性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨综合护理干预在出血性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年7月～2017年7月我院收治的80例胃溃疡出血患者为研究对象，按照护理干预方式的不同随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各40例。两组患者均给予奥美拉唑药物治疗，对照组患者采取常规护理措施，实验组在对照组基础上给予综合护理措施，比较观察两组患者的临床止血效果、止血时间、住院时间及疾病复发情况。结果实验组临床止血总有效率为97.50%，显著高于对照组（77.50%）；实验组临床止血时间为（2.3±2.8）d，明显短于对照组[（3.1±1.2）d]；实验组住院时间时间为（13.1±1.6）d，明显短于对照组[（22.5±2.2）d]；实验组临床疾病复发率为 5.00%，明显低于对照组（22.50%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在出血性胃溃疡患者临床治疗过程中，结合患者病情，给予综合护理措施可有效提高临床治疗有效率，缩短患者的临床止血时间及住院时间，降低疾病复发率，值得在临床进一步研究。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hemorrhagic gastric ulcer.Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,80 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding in our hospital were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different nursing interventions,40 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given Omeprazole drug treatment.Among them,the control group was received routine nursing measures.The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The clinical hemostatic effect,hemostasis time,hospitalization time and relapse of two groups of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding were compared.Results The clinical hemostasis of the total efficiency of the experimental group(97.50%)was significantly higher than the control group(77.50%);the experimental group clinical bleeding time(2.3±2.8)d was significantly shorter than that that in the control group(3.1±1.2)d;experimental group hospitalization time(13.1±1.6)d was significantly shorter than that that in the control group(22.5±2.2)d;experimental group clinical disease recurrence rate (5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%),the clinical total effective rate of hemostasis,hemostasis time,hospitalization time,clinical disease recurrence rate and other aspects of statistical data comparison,there were significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with bleeding gastric ulcer in combination with patients,given comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve clinical efficiency,shorten the clinical bleeding time and hospitalization time of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of further exploration in clinical research.
