Abstract:Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hemorrhagic gastric ulcer. Methods From July 2016 to July 2017,80 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding in our hospital were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different nursing interventions,40 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given Omeprazole drug treatment.Among them, the control group was received routine nursing measures. The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of the control group. The clinical hemostatic effect, hemostasis time, hospitalization time and relapse of two groups of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding were compared. Results The clinical hemostasis of the total efficiency of the experimental group(97.50%)was significantly higher than the control group(77.50%);the experimental group clinical bleeding time(2.3±2.8)d was significantly shorter than that that in the control group(3.1±1.2)d;experimental group hospitalization time(13.1±1.6)d was significantly shorter than that that in the control group(22.5±2.2)d;experimental group clinical disease recurrence rate (5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%),the clinical total effective rate of hemostasis, hemostasis time, hospitalization time, clinical disease recurrence rate and other aspects of statistical data comparison, there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with bleeding gastric ulcer in combination with patients, given comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve clinical efficiency, shorten the clinical bleeding time and hospitalization time of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of further exploration in clinical research.
