Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of health education in the nursing of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods A total of 88 cases of PID treated in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research object.According to the different clinical nursing methods,all patients were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the study group (46 cases).The control group was given the routine nursing,and the study group was given the health education on the basis of the control group.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the knowledge of disease and nursing knowledge before nursing between the two groups of(P>0.05).The scores of patients with PID and nursing knowledge in the study group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and compliance rate of the patients in the study group were 95.65%,97.83%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group of 80.95%and 85.71%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health education in the nursing of patients with PID can improve the satisfaction of nursing and patient compliance,it is conducive to master the knowledge of PID and related nursing knowledge,which has important application value.
