PDCA循环管理在血液透析护理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨PDCA循环管理在血液透析（HD）护理中的应用。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月在我院进行治疗的60例HD患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行HD治疗，按照患者的入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组给予常规的透析护理干预，观察组则行PDCA循环管理方法，比较两组的生活质量以及患者总满意度。结果护理干预后，观察组的康复情况明显优于对照组，且观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理总满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对HD治疗的患者行PDCA循环管理护理干预方法，可有效提升患者的治疗预后成效，并且在一定程度上有效的提高了患者的护理满意度，减少了患者的不良情况及并发症发生率，有临床推广意义。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of plan-do-check action (PDCA)cycle management in hemodialysis nursing.Methods Sixty patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the patient′s admission order,30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with routine dialysis care intervention,and patients in the observation group were supplied with PDCA cycle management.The quality of life and patient′s satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After different nursing interventions,the rehabilitation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05）.Patient′s nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group with a significant difference (P<0.05）.Conclusion PDCA cycle management as a nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the patient′s treatment prognosis,and to some extent,increase the patient′s nursing satisfaction,and reduce the patient′s adverse events and incidence of complications,which is of great significance for clinical promotion.
