综合护理在重症监护病房患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨综合护理干预在重症监护病房（ICU）患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院ICU 2016年2月～2018年3月收治的80例重症患者作为研究对象，用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施综合性护理干预，比较两组的舒适度评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度。结果护理后，两组的舒适度评分均较护理前提高（P＜0.05），两组焦虑及抑郁评分均较护理前降低（P＜0.05），而观察组的舒适度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），其焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的护理总满意率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对ICU患者实施综合性护理干预，可有效提高患者的舒适度，减轻其焦虑和抑郁情绪，有利于提高患者对ICU护理的满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods 80 Critically ill patients admitted from February 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was received comprehensive nursing intervention,the two groups of comfort scores,anxiety scores,depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of comfort in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing (P＜0.05）.The scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than those before nursing (P＜0.05）,while the scores of comfort in observation group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05）,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those of control group (P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for ICU patients can effectively improve their comfort,reduce their anxiety and depression,and improve their satisfaction with ICU nursing.
