Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management in the nursing of patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research subjects.According to the randomization method of patient admission number,it was divided into nursing intervention group and reference group,30 cases in each group.The nursing intervention group was given humanized nursing management.The reference group was given routine nursing care management.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The quality of life score in the nursing intervention group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-management ability of the patients in the nursing intervention group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication adherence in the nursing intervention group was 96.7%,which was higher than that in the reference group (76.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing management interventions in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension can improve their self-management awareness and ability.At the same time,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.Therefore,the humanized nursing management model has a high application value in patients with essential hypertension.
