Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of omeprazole-based triple therapy on serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 84 patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with omeprazole and amoxicillin, while the experimental group was treated with omeprazole-based triple therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients,as well as the changes of serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone levels were studied and compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in gastrointestinal hormone levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the gastrointestinal hormone levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the gastrointestinal hormone levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole-based triple therapy can effectively improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormone in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected gastric ulcer, which is beneficial to the recovery of the ulcer.
