奥美拉唑联合血凝酶对老年胃溃疡伴出血的临床效果和安全性研究

摘要目的探讨奥美拉唑联合血凝酶对老年胃溃疡伴出血的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2016年8～12月在我院就诊的76例老年胃溃疡伴出血患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各38例。观察组采用奥美拉唑联合血凝酶治疗，对照组单纯采用奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组的止血效果、溃疡面愈合情况、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的止血时间为（22.67±3.72）h，短于对照组的（37.42±5.65）h，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的总有效率为94.74%，高于对照组的76.32%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论奥美拉唑联合血凝酶对老年胃溃疡伴出血的临床效果确切，止血快，并能有效促使溃疡面愈合，且不会增加患者不良反应，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of application of Omeprazole combined with Hemocoagulase in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer accompanied with hemorrhage.Methods76 elderly patients with gastric ulcer accompanied with hemorrhage who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August to December in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Omeprazole combined with Hemocoagulase,the control group was simply treated with Omeprazole.The hemostatic effect,ulcer healing conditions and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe hemostasis time of the observation group was (22.67±3.72)h,which was shorter than that of the control group[(37.42±5.65)h],with significant difference(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of the control group (76.32%),with significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Omeprazole combined with Hemocoagulase in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer accompanied with hemorrhage is accurate,with rapid hemostasis and high safety,which can effectively promote ulcer healing without increase of adverse reactions in patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
