Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods30 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage chosen from May 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected and underwent both CT angiography and DSA respectively. The detection rates of intracranial aneurysms of the CT angiography and DSA were compared.ResultsIn 30 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage,25 cases were proved intracranial aneurysms by vascular embolization or operation.23 cases of intracranial aneurysms were diagnosed by CT angiography, and the coincidence rate of intracranial aneurysms was 92% (23/25).24 cases of intracranial aneurysms were diagnosed by DSA,the coincidence rate was 96% (24/25).There was no significant difference in the diagnostic rate between the two methods in intracranial aneurysms(P>0.05).ConclusionCT angiography has high value in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms and deserves further promotion in clinical practice.
