Effect of M ethylphenidate Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of ADHD in Children

Abstract:objectiveTo explore the effect of Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of childhood hyperactivity.MethodsA total of 100 children with ADHD admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were divided into two groups according to different treatmentmethods,the control group was treated with EEG biofeedback plus sensory training,on this basis,the observation group supplemented with Methylphenidate Hydrochloride Tablets(Ritalin),the clinical curative effect,symptoms improvement,cognitive function,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe effective rate of observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than 78%in the control group(P<0.05).Group learning factor,behavior factor,after treatment hyperactivity factor,anxiety factor and impulse factor,physical and mental factor Cormer rating scale significantly reduced than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of the C-WISC scalewere significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of dizziness,loss of appetite,difficulty in falling asleep and abdominal pain was slightly higher in the observation group than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).ConclusionMethylphenidate Hydrochloride Tablets treatment has a significant effect on children with ADHD.It can effectively improve the patient′s somatic symptoms,improve cognitive function,and have a positive d clinical significance.
