Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Sevoflurane general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as subjects, and were divided into group 1,group 2,group 3 according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. In group 1,Dexmedetomidine was pumped within 15 min and then pumped into physiological saline. In group 2,Dexmedetomidine was continuously pumped in.Group 3 was given physiological saline to continue pumping. The awakening time, the time of extraction of laryngeal mask, coverage time, operation time, anesthesia time, incidence of adverse reactions, incidence of POCD,and MMSE score, the level of HR,MAP,NF-κB and IL-1β at different times were compared between the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in the awakening time, the time of extraction of laryngeal mask, operation time, anesthesia time, and the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the three groups(P>0.05).The MMSE score on the 3rdpostoperative day in the group 1 and group 2 was higher than that in the group 3,the incidence rate of POCD in the group 1 and group 2 was lower than that in the group 3,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of HR and MAP in the group 1 and group 2 were lower than those in the group 3 at T1,T3,and T4,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of NF-κB and IL-1β in group 1 and group 2 were lower than those in group 3 at t1,t2,and t3,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSelective Dexmedetomidine combined with Sevoflurane general anesthesia in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate can make the blood pressure more stable, and which can significantly reduce the incidence of POCD and postoperative plasma inflammatory factors.
