新加胃苓汤联合蒙脱石散治疗老年慢性腹泻的效果观察

摘要目的探讨新加胃苓汤联合蒙脱石散治疗老年慢性腹泻的效果。方法将2016年3月～2017年8月因慢性腹泻（脾虚湿困型）于我院治疗的80例老年患者纳入研究并依据随机数字表法分组。对照组40例单用蒙脱石散治疗，观察组40例联合新加胃苓汤口服，均以4周为1个疗程。比较两组的总症状积分及胃肠激素改善情况，比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后，观察组患者的腹痛、大便性状、腹泻次数、腹胀等的总症状积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组的胃肠肽（VIP）水平低于对照组，酪神经肽（NPY）水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论新加胃苓汤联合蒙脱石散治疗老年慢性腹泻的效果显著，可更好地改善胃肠激素，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Xinjia Weiling Decoction combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of senile chronic diarrhea.MethodsFrom March 2016 to August 2017,80 elderly patients with chronic diarrhea(spleen-dampness type)treated in our hospital were included in the study and grouped according to the random number table.40 cases in the control group were given Montmorillonite Powder alone for treatment,40 cases in the observation group were orally added Xinjia Weiling Deoction.A course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The total symptom score and the improvement of gastrointestinal hormones were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of abdominal pain,stool characteristics,frequency of diarrhea,bloating and other symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,gastrointestinal peptide(VIP)level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and neuropeptide (NPY)level was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xinjia Weiling Decoction combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of elderly chronic diarrhea has a significant effect,which can better improve gastrointestinal hormones,and is worthy of promotion.
