Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients during treatment to maintain the state of arteriovenous fistula. Methods A total of 104 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group. In the control group, routine blood purification treatment and care during dialysis was used, while in the observation group, high quality nursing intervention during dialysis was adopted. The rate of arteriovenous fistulas remaining intact during treatment, rate of related complications, satisfaction on clinical nursing during treatment, the total time of hemodialysis, and improvement of quality of life before and after the intervention between the two groups were compared. Results In comparison of the of cases of rate arteriovenous fistula remaining in good condition during the treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups, with a better result in the observation group(P<0.05).The related-complications rate in the observation group was lower compared with that in the control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction on clinical nursing in maintenance hemodialysis in the observation group was higher than that of the control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The total duration of treatment in the observation group was shorter compared with that in the control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).On the improvement of quality of life score before and after the intervention, there was a significant difference between the two groups, with a better result in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with maintenance hemodialysis receiving high quality nursing intervention during treatment can maintain the state of arteriovenous fistulas and keep them in good condition all the time, reduce the related complications, shorten the treatment time, ameliorate patient′s quality of life, and fundamentally improve nursing satisfaction.
