Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of respiratory exercise, muscle strength exercise combined with bronchial diastolic drug treating moderate-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods From February 2016 to April 2017,77 patients with moderate-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital were selected. In the reference group,33 patients were treated by aerosol inhalation of bronchial diastolic drug.In the research group,44 patients were given the respiratory exercise and muscle strength exercise on the basis of the reference group. The clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.2%and the score of life quality was (95.41±1.23)points in the research group while in the reference group,it was 72.7%and(86.92±7.42)points respectively, and there was a statistical difference of above-mentioned indexes between the two groups (P<0.05).The improvement degree of FEV1%pred,PaCO2and PaO2in the research group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, application of bronchial diastolic drug, respiratoryexercise, and muscle strength exercise is of great significance on improvement of pulmonary function as well as the life quality.
