Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of alginate functional dressing (AFD)stuffing the wound after complex anal fistula.Methods64 patients with complex anal fistula treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=32)and control group (n=32).The control group was treated with vaseline oil yarn packing while the observation group was treated with AFD.VAS score of patients when taking out the stuffing for the first time after 48 h operation and after 72 h operation dressing, the wound hemorrhage score at the end of the operation and when taking out the stuffing for the first time after 48 h operation, and percolation score of wound after 24 h and 48 h operation between the two groups were compared. Results VAS score of patients when taking out the stuffing for the first time after 48 h operation and after 72 h operation dressing in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The wound hemorrhage score at the end of the operation and when taking out the stuffing for the first time after 48 h operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Percolation score of wound after 24 h and 48 h operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stuffing the wound with AFD in patients after complex anal fistula operation can significantly improve the postoperative pain, reduce the incision hemorrhage rate, and relieve the bleeding and infiltration of the wound, which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
