Abstract：Pancreatoduodenectomy is still a routine procedure for the benign and malignant disease around the head of the pancreas and the abdomen.This operation is basically the biggest operation in abdominal surgery.It involves more viscera and is difficult to operate.With the improvement of surgical doctor technology,rich experience,and perioperative and postoperative management of standardization,reasonable mortality reported significantly lower,but the incidence of postoperative complications(18.5%-50.0%)is still not very satisfactory.The occurrence of pancreatic fistula is one of the most important complications of the operation,which is one of the main reasons for the increase in mortality of patients and the extension of time in hospital.Therefore,the possible risk factors for the occurrence of pancreatic fistula after PD surgery are reviewed with the existing reports and clinical observations.
