Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncturing sichong point combined with Yishen Huatan Decoction treating aphasia after cerebral arterial thrombosis.Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 analyzed and patients were divided into the two group by different treatment methods,and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given acupuncturing sichong point combined with Yishen Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group.CRRCAE score of patients in the two group before and after treatment was observed,and the total effective rate and the change of the severity of aphasia were observed in the two groups.Results The expression,name,reading,rehearsal score of patients in the two group were no statistical difference before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the expression,name,reading,rehearsal score of patients in the two group were higher than those before treatment,and the expression,name,reading,rehearsal score of patients in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The severity of aphasia in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionFor acupuncturing sichong point combined with Yishen Huatan Decoction treating aphasia after cerebral arterial thrombosis,language ability recovery is obvious,curative efficience is good,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
