Abstract：Objective To explore the research and safety analysis of Edaravone in accordance with the joint in Butyl phthalide capsule in the treatment on acute ischemic stroke.M ethods 83 Patients with acute ischemic stroke from July 2012 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly dividied into the control group and treatment group. All the patientswere treated with routine treatmentaccording to the guide,while the control group(n=41)were accepted Edaravone in additon,and the treatment group(n=42)were cured with Butyl phthalide capsule on the basis of control group,14 days for a course of treatment.Before and after treatment in patientswith serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)the improvement of inflammatorymarkers were compared.The two groups would be also compared with nerve function(NIHSS score)to improve the situation,clinical curative effect and adverse drug reactions.Results After treatment,the level of the patient hs-CRP,TNF-α,NIHSS scores were lower than before treament,but the treatment group improved more significantly,and the total effective rate was higher,with significant difference(P＜0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were low,with no siginificant differences(P＞0.05). Conclusion Curative effect of edaravone in accordance with the joint in phthalide capsule in the treatment on acute ischemic stroke is distinct,which can accelerate disease rehabilitation,inhibit inflammation,it isworth promoting.
