舒适护理模式应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复期的效果评价

摘要目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复期运用舒适护理模式的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月～2016年12月于我院治疗急性缺血性脑卒中并处于康复期的患者88例，利用简单随机数字法分为实验组和对照组，各44例，实验组施以常规护理结合舒适护理模式方案，对照组施以常规护理方案。比较两组患者的抑郁评分（SDS）、焦虑评分（SAS）、欧洲卒中量表（ESS）、Fugl-Meyer运动量表（FMA）、Barthel指数（BI）评分变化及护理满意度情况。结果护理前，两组患者SAS、SDS、ESS、FMA、BI评分结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，观察组SAS、SDS得分低于对照组，ESS、FMA、BI评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论急性缺血性脑卒中康复期患者运用舒适护理模式后，有利于其不良心理状态（焦虑、抑郁）及神经、运动和自理功能的改善，同时促进护理满意度的提高。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing model in patients with acute ischemic stroke during rehabilitation.Methods88 patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke and in convalescence in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divieded into the experiment group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the experiment group were given routine nursing combined with comfort care nursing model.The scores of SDS,SAS,ESS,FMA,BI and the degree of satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of SAS,SDS,ESS,FMA,BI in two groups(P＞0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS in observation group was lower than those in control group,and the scores of ESS,FMA,BI in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The degree of satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIt is beneficial to improve the mental state (anxiety and depression)and the neurological,motor and selfcare function of patients with acute ischemic stroke during the rehabilitation period,and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
