ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing effect of 4C continuous nursing management mode in patients with stroke rehabilitation.Methods86 patients with stroke from September 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected as objects and divided into the observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number method.The patients in control group were given regular nursing plans.Patients in the observation group were received:the additional 4C continue nursing management mode.The evaluation of three index,such as nursing after the patients daily behavior and compliance the medical behavior and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.ResultsThe scores of daily living ability of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at first,second and 6 months after discharge respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of compliance in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group(90.1%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe 4C continuity management model can greatly improve ability of stroke patients the daily life and improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of clinical research in nature.
