Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application of standardized quality nursing and routine nursing model in vocal cord polyp removal.MethodsA total of 300 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=150)and study group(n=150).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were given standardized quality nursing.The sleep status,quality of life,satisfaction with the nursing work and 3 months after the vocal cord recovery were compared of patients in the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the sleep status and quality of life of the two groups were better than those of before nursing,the sleep status and quality of life were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the nursing staff in the observation group (98.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months follow-up,the recovery of vocal cord in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the vocal cord polyp removal in the use of standardized quality care,can significantly improve the quality of sleep in patients with improved quality of life and satisfaction with the degree of care,3 months after the vocal recovery is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
