Nursing strategy and effect analysis of postoperative pain in ankle joint fracture

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing countermeasures and clinical effects of postoperative pain of ankle fracture.Methods70 patients with ankle fractures who were treated in the Department of orthopedics of the Third People′S Hospital of Wuxi City from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects.There were 35 cases of control group and 35 cases of observation group according to the different nursing methods.The control group were given routine nursing measures,the observation group was given routine nursing plus pain nursing.The pain relief rate,nursing satisfaction,the incidence of nursing disputes of patients in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total pain relief rate in the observation group(94.29%)was significantly better than the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The postoperative pain nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.14%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group(2.86%)was lower than the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPatients with ankle fracture postoperative pain,routine care and not a single complete remission in patients with pain,joint pain relieving effect of pain nursing in ankle fracture,it is worth in the clinical application of recommendation.
