气压治疗仪护理在重症医学科患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨气压治疗仪护理在重症医学科患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年4月～2016年4月收治的85例重症医学科患者的临床资料，按照护理方法将患者分为研究组（n=45）和对照组（n=40）。对照组给予常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上给予气压治疗仪护理。比较两组患者护理前后的股静脉血液峰值流速、平均速度，同时比较两组的下肢肿胀及深静脉血栓形成率、预防深静脉血栓形成总有效率。结果研究组的股静脉血液峰值流速、平均速度均快于对照组；研究组的下肢肿胀及深静脉血栓形成率（4.44%、4.44%）明显低于对照组（22.50%、20.00%）；研究组的预防深静脉血栓形成总有效率（95.56%）高于对照组（77.50%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论实施气压治疗仪护理应用于重症医学科患者，可有效增快血液峰值流速及平均速度，从而有效避免深静脉血栓的形成。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of pneumatic therapy instrument in patients with severe medical department.Methods85 patients′clinical data with severe medical treatment in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected.According to the nursing method,the patients were divided into study group (n=45)and control group (n=40).The control group was given routine care,the study group on the basis of conventional care to give pressure therapy instrument care.The peak velocity and mean velocity of femoral vein before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the total effective rate of deep venous thrombosis was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe lower extremity swelling and deep vein thrombosis rate(4.44%,4.44%)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(22.50%,95.56%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%).The total effective rate of prevention of deep vein thrombosis was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of pneumatic therapy instrument care in patients with intensive care,can effectively increase the peak blood flow velocity and the average speed,so as to effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis.
