高职高专学生艾滋病认知状况调查及健康教育效果研究

摘要目的调查研究高职高专学生对于艾滋病的了解情况，通过健康教育，提升学生认知水平。方法于2015年7月～2016年6月选取某地区四所高职高专的7860名在校男女学生作为研究对象，了解其艾滋病的认知状况并在健康教育前后进行问卷调查，针对调查结果进行分析评价。结果健康教育后学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率显著高于教育前，针对艾滋病相关事情的心理态度也显著优于教育前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。健康教育后，男女生艾滋病相关问题的平均得分显著提升，与健康教育前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。健康教育前后女生的艾滋病相关事情态度得分均显著高于男生，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论针对高职高专学生进行相关艾滋病健康教育是非常有效及必要的，可以推进艾滋病相关知识的宣传，同时为艾滋病防治工作的开展奠定可行的、良好的基础。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the situation of higher vocational college students′understanding of AIDS,to improve students′cognitive level through health education.Methods From July 2015 to June 2016,a total of 7860 male and female students from higher vocational colleges in a certain area were selected as the study subjects,the cognitive status of AIDS of the students was understood and questionnaire survey was conducted before and after health education,and the results were analyzed and evaluated.Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge after health education was higher than that before education,the psychological attitude towards AIDS-related events after health education was better than that before education,with significant difference(P＜0.05).After health education,the average score of AIDS-related problems between male and female students was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before health education(P＜0.01).The scores of AIDS-related attitude of female before and after health education were higher than that of male,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion It is very effective and necessary for the higher vocational college students to carry out AIDS health education,which can promote AIDS knowledge publicity and lay a practical and good foundation for AIDS prevention and control.
