美式整脊手法与坐位牵引方法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果观察

摘要目的对比分析美式整脊手法与坐位牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院收治的100例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各50例。研究组应用美式整脊手法进行治疗，对照组应用坐位牵引方法进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率（92.0%）高于对照组（56.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且研究组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者的不良反应发生率（4.0%）显著低于对照组（24.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论美式整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果较好，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To compare and analyze the effect of American Chiropractic and sitting traction in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods From June 2015 to June 2016,100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and divided into the study group and the control group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with American chiropractic technique,and the control group was treated by sitting traction.The therapeutic effect,quality of life scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group (92.0%)was higher than that in the control (56.0%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse reactions rate of patients in the study group (4.0%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(24.0%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion American chiropractic manipulation is better for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
