Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of humanistic nursing in AIDS patients.Methods50 cases of AIDS patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into control group (routine nursing mode)and observation group (humanistic nursing mode),the effect of nursing in the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter the treatment,the anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients in the two groups were improved in different level,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group (96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.153,P<0.05).ConclusionAIDS patients in the clinical nursing process with the application of humanistic care can improve the patient′s anxiety,depression and nursing satisfaction.
