Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the application value of intravenous pump infusion of 0.5 μg/kg Dexmedetomidine in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods100 female patients admitted into our hospital from May 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and there were 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given the routine induction and maintenance anesthesia, while the patients in the experimental group were given intravenous pump infusion of 0.5 μg/kg Dexmedetomidine at about 30 minutes before the end of the operation on the basis of the routine induction and maintenance anesthesia, and it was completed within 15 minutes. The restlessness, sedation, shivering, adverse reactions and cognitive function of the two groups were evaluated during the anesthesia recovery period.ResultsThe score of restlessness, sedation, and shivering in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group[(93.2±2.7)points vs.(78.3±1.8)points;(3.68±0.21)points vs.(1.39±0.11)points;(95.0±3.0)points vs.(78.8±2.1)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After the operation, the score of the simple mental state evaluation scale in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group [(25.1±0.8)points vs.(28.0±0.5)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(10.0%vs.32.0%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIntravenous pump infusion of 0.5 μg/kg Dexmedetomidine applied in gynecological laparoscopic surgery about 30 minutes before the end of the operation has a significant clinical effect on preventing the restlessness, shivering during general anesthesia awakening period, and has little effect on cognitive function, and can improve the quality of general anesthesia recovery period.
