Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the adverse reaction and rational use of antibiotics.MethodsThe clinical data of 60 patients with adverse drug reactions from January to December in 2016 were analyzed retrospectively in pharmacy. The varieties of antibiotics causing adverse reactions were calculated, and adverse reactions-involved systems and clinical manifestations were analyzed.ResultsAmong the 60 patients with adverse drug reactions, there were seven kinds of drugs including cephalosporins, penicillin, macrolides, aminoglycosides, quinolones, tetracycline, and nitrate imidazoles. The five systems involved skin and its accessory system, digestive system, nervous system, cardiovascular system, and respiratory system.ConclusionThere are various adverse reactions caused by antibiotics, which affect the curative effect in patients. Therefore,we should strengthen the rational drug use, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and ensure its safety.
