中西医联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺脾气虚证合并抑郁症的临床研究

摘要目的观察中西医联合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取成都市某社区医院2014年10月～2016年4月收治的患者，借助SAS统计学分析软件将64例COPD合并抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组（38例）与对照组（26例）。对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味逍遥散治疗。比较两组治疗后的总有效率、HAMD评分及肺功能指标。结果治疗8周后，治疗组的总有效率为82.56%，对照组为69.23%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗6、8周后的HAMD评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗8周后，治疗组的FEV1%优于对照组（P＜0.05），两组的FVC%差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论加味逍遥散联合常规西药治疗COPD合并抑郁症具有较好的临床效果。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)complicated with depression.MethodsPatients treated by a community hospital of Chengdu city from October 2014 to April 2016 were selected.64 patients with COPD complicated with depression were randomly divided into the treatment group (38 cases)and control group (26 cases)with the aid of SAS statistical analysis software.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,HAMD score and pulmonary function index between the two groups were analyzed.ResultsAfter 8 weeks treatment,the total effective rate was 82.56%in the treatment group and it was 69.23%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).HAMD score after 6 and 8 weeks treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).After 8 weeks treatment,the FEV1%of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the difference of FVC%between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionJiawei Xiaoyao Powder combined with conventional western medicine has much better clinical effect treating COPD complicated with depression.
