ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of psychological nursing in the nursing of diabetic nephropathy.MethodsThe clinical data of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy from January 2015 to January 2017 in the Department of nephropathy of our hospital were analyzed,they were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group.The control group receivedroutine clinical nursing,the experimental group was given psychological nursing at the same time,the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Resultsthe total effective rate of the experimental group was 94%,and the mortality rate was 2%,The nursing satisfaction was 94%,the total effective rate was 84%in the control group,the mortality rate was 4%,and the nursing satisfaction was 82%,The nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusionit is helpful for the treatment and nursing effect of diabetic nephropathy patients to receive effective psychological nursing intervention at the same time of systematic clinical treatment and nursing measures.
